Experiences with coComment
Some days ago, i was about to comment on Ant??nio Dias blog and i noticed that it supported coComment, something i had never heard about. To this day i haven’t given much attention to all the comment tracking technologies out there, but now i’m starting to get tired of adding bookmarks each time i comment on a blog (please spare me the “that’s so web 1.0″). So i installed the coComment Firefox extension (and i laughed hard at the “Internet Explorer extension coming soon” warning) and i added that comment to coComment. And i was happy to see that many blogs supported this…but looks like there’s still some work to be done, because when i was commenting on this article on a wordpress based blog, i had a weird javascript error about a function not being found. I tried commenting on my own blog which is also wordpress based and everything worked out nicely. Any experiencies with this out there ?
While commenting on my own blog i also found out that i still have to fix some problems on this new template…like the color of the comments text. But that’s something on my task list for tomorrow…getting…sleepy…
